Our vacation rentals are located very central in a small village,
only a few walking distance to all main facilities,
shopping can be done easily without car.
The destination offers great ski vacations, with 18 lifts,
4 chair lifts und a newly built cabin lift (1100-2000m).
The slopes and cross country skiing trails are only 5 minutes to walk.
In addition, the nearby region (<30km) offers
more than 80 lifts and numerous trails for nordic skiing
with almost endless cross country possibilities.
This is winter paradise... In the summer you can enjoy picnic areas, mountain trekking and hiking, cycling (all grades !) swimming, surfing, tranquil forest walks, rock climbing and abseiling, mountain biking, paragliding, white water rafting, canoeing and kayaking, austria glacier skiing, sightseeing (Castle "Neuschwanstein") + "Ludwig"-musical.
